Please visit the reception first to collect your Bidder Tag. Bidder Tag numbers are allocated randomly and will serve as your permanent bidder tag for every auction, provided you make a one-time deposit. During the auction, please participate by showing your Bidder Tag to the auctioneer.

Starting Price: This is the price where the auction begins. It does not mean you can buy at this price unless it meets the “Reserved Price”.

Reserved Price: The gap between the Starting Price and the Reserved Price is typically around PHP 15,000 to PHP 100,000. The Reserved Price is not disclosed during the auction. Once the Reserved Price is reached, the highest bidder becomes the winning bidder.

Increments of Auction: The increment for each bid will be PHP 5,000.

After Winning: Once a vehicle is awarded to you, TAA staff will immediately approach you with a “Confirmation of Awarding.” This document includes the lot number, the buyer’s information, and the awarded price. After confirmation of the information, please sign and return it to the staff.

The standard deposit for auction participation is PHP 100,000.

Computation of Commission: The commission is 2.5% of the awarded price, plus the VAT. For example, PHP 500,000 x 2.5% = PHP 12,500 + VAT.

If you cannot attend and bid on the floor, you have the option to bid from anywhere you want using your mobile phone or your personal computer. 

(Note: Make sure that you deposit to participate in the auction)
